• Transform Figma explorations and AI-generated concepts into production-ready React experiences.
• Build and own high-impact Growth surfaces with a focus on performance and user experience.
• Establish quality standards and reusable patterns for AI-assisted product development.
• Optimize AI-enabled workflows, tools, and prompt libraries for design and engineering teams.
• Collaborate with design and product leadership to define and execute product direction.
• Measure impact through shipped product improvements and team productivity gains.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United Kingdom
• Advanced proficiency in React, TypeScript, and modern CSS.
• Strong experience in both product design and front-end engineering.
• Hands-on experience with AI development tools like Cursor, Claude Code, or Copilot.
• Experience with animation libraries such as Framer Motion or React Spring.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions in ambiguous environments.
