TL;DR
Software Development Engineer II (Frontend): Building and maintaining the foundational mobile and web platform for 's product teams with an accent on shared frameworks, design systems, and release infrastructure. Focus on optimizing CI/CD pipelines, implementing scalable client app architectures, and ensuring accessibility and performance across platforms.
Location: Hybrid (Krakow, Poland). In-office expectation of at least 50% of the time monthly.
Salary: zł 245,000 – zł 275,000 per annum

What you will do
- Own and evolve the mobile and web platform architecture used by 20+ product teams.
- Lead the shared component library, design system, and localization engine in partnership with UX.
- Enable product teams through documentation, tooling, and architecture reviews.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, feature flagging, and app store delivery infrastructure.
- Mentor junior engineers and ensure regulatory compliance and quality standards.
Requirements
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent with 4+ years of experience building products at scale.
- Proficiency in TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks (React or React Native).
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab.
- Proven track record of owning the full mobile or web release lifecycle.
- Experience designing data layers (GraphQL, BFF patterns) to decouple frontends from backends.
- Must be based in or able to work from the Krakow office (Hybrid).
Nice to have
- Experience with at least one backend language: Go, Java, or Kotlin.
- Deep React Native knowledge regarding native bridge and performance constraints.
- Experience onboarding teams onto shared platforms and writing high-quality documentation.
