What you will do

• Define EMC requirements with Lead Systems Engineers and convert customer requirements into compliance plans and technical specifications.
• Provide EMC design guidance across the product lifecycle and own EMC compliance activities for assigned programs.
• Support EMC testing by interpreting compliance reports and resolving EMI/EMC issues.
• Perform RCS analysis and signature management using CST Studio Suite and/or ANSYS HFSS.
• Evaluate RAM, support antenna integration, and optimize antenna placement on airborne platforms.
• Run high-fidelity electromagnetic simulations to optimize RCS, antenna performance, and EMC; coordinate with systems and design engineers on OML, lightning protection, and EMC implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related discipline (Master’s in RF/EMC preferred).
• 7–10+ years of experience in aerospace EMC, RF engineering, or electromagnetic analysis.
• Hands-on experience with CST Studio Suite and/or ANSYS HFSS.
• Experience using MATLAB for data analysis and automation.
• Knowledge of aerospace EMC standards including MIL-STD-461, MIL-STD-464, DEF-STAN 59-114, RTCA DO-160, and EUROCAE.
• Ability to work in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
