Focus on defining system architectures, integrating real-time AI/ML/CV/NLP capabilities, qualifying complex hardware, and ensuring verification, documentation, and certification compliance.

What you will do
- Lead cross-functional engineering teams developing, integrating, and qualifying RF systems, power electronics, embedded systems, software, and AI solutions.
- Define system requirements and architectures integrating RF, digital hardware, AI, and embedded control into unified product platforms.
- Lead simulation, testing, verification, validation, and qualification of power electronics, RF systems, and high-speed digital hardware.
- Oversee firmware and software development from requirements through verification, maintainability, and certification compliance.
- Design and integrate AI/ML, computer vision, and NLP solutions for real-time analytics, automation, and intelligent decision-making.
- Support R&D initiatives, technology roadmaps, resource planning, recruitment, budget alignment, and engineering capability development.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in technical project management or embedded electronics development within defense or aerospace, ideally involving missile systems.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional engineering teams and delivering electronics sub-assemblies or complex systems across the full lifecycle.
- Strong understanding of missile or weapon system development and production.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- Knowledge of hardware, firmware, integration, qualification, verification and validation, production transition, configuration management, technical reviews, milestones, and regulated documentation.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, regulated engineering environments.

- PMP certification.
- Experience with MBSE and emerging technologies.
