What you will do

• Lead cross‑functional hardware and firmware design teams to ensure compliance with international standards and qualification requirements.
• Define system architecture and integrate RF, digital hardware, AI, and embedded control into unified product platforms.
• Organize and chair multidisciplinary design reviews, enforcing MIL‑STD, IEEE/IEC, and DO‑178C practices.
• Oversee the full embedded software lifecycle from requirements definition to verification and certification.
• Design and integrate AI/ML, Computer Vision (CV), and NLP solutions for real‑time analytics and automation.
• Coach junior engineers and support strategic technology roadmaps and resource planning.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in technical project management or embedded electronics development within the defense or aerospace sectors.
• Proven track record of leading cross‑functional engineering teams and delivering complex electronics sub‑assemblies.
• Deep understanding of missile or weapon system development and production.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Strong knowledge of hardware/firmware integration, qualification, V&V, and production transition.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).
