What you will do
- Lead Liquor portfolios to ensure alignment between regional execution and global category strategy.
- Develop and implement APAC-specific commercial plans, focusing on both international and regional brands.
- Build and maintain strong strategic relationships with global suppliers and brand partners' regional contacts.
- Refine assortment, pricing policies, and promotion strategies based on sales data and market trends.
- Coordinate with Global Demand Planning and local operations to manage inventory and stock depletion strategies.
- Develop consumer and market intelligence to identify trends and pivot strategies in real-time.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in the Liquor industry within duty-free or duty-paid business.
- Significant professional exposure to the APAC region.
- Proven expertise in negotiation, business development, and deal structuring.
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with diverse global stakeholders.
- Analytical and critical thinking capabilities for data-driven decision making.
