Salary: $125,000 - $175,000

What you will do

• Own the long-term feature roadmap for MCOC, from greenlight through to live handover.
• Establish and maintain development rhythms, including milestones, reviews, and quality gates.
• Direct platform investment and architecture improvements in partnership with the Tech Director.
• Lead and mentor Core Development teams, owning performance, growth, and career development.
• Partner with Game Direction and Product Directors to ensure features are delivered to quality and strategic goals.
• Manage workforce planning, team structure, and recruitment of senior development talent.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in production, engineering management, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in games or entertainment development.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in a mid or large studio.
• 7+ years in a product development role, having shipped at least one title through the full cycle.
• Direct experience managing QA, release, and external partners on a live-service title.
• Must be based in Vancouver to work on-site 5 days a week.
