What you will do

• Define, plan, and prioritize project deliverables while building realistic production schedules.
• Monitor production progress, adjust scope as needed, and ensure team alignment with the overall game vision.
• Provide the necessary structure, tools, and documentation to enable efficient team workflows.
• Coordinate approvals, manage interdependencies, and mitigate risks to keep projects on track.
• Conduct performance evaluations and support recruitment to foster professional growth within the team.
• Collaborate with other production managers to ensure consistency and improve production processes through post-mortems.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Project Management, Business, Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of management or related experience in a professional environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools like Jira.
• Strong critical thinking, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to balance short-term tasks with long-term project objectives.
• Must be able to work onsite in Toronto, Saint-Mandé, or Sofia.

Nice to have
