What you will do

• Define and execute the vision and roadmap for the Data Foundry platform, aligning it with the overall AI strategy.
• Develop a commercial model for data-as-a-service, partnering with Sales and Customer Success to drive adoption via MCP and API.
• Establish and maintain data contracts with internal product managers for the Talent CRM and Workforce Suite.
• Manage the build-vs-buy analysis for integrations, analytics, AI, and taxonomy capabilities.
• Oversee data governance, security, and access control to meet enterprise privacy and compliance standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing complex technical, data, or AI products within enterprise B2B SaaS.
• Deep understanding of data platforms, APIs, and system integrations.
• Experience handling sensitive or regulated data, including strong knowledge of governance and privacy.
• Strong analytical skills to prioritize roadmaps and measure success using data-driven metrics.
• Ability to translate complex technical needs into deliverable plans for data science and engineering teams.
