What you will do

• Define and execute long-term security strategy and operating models in partnership with the CISO.
• Oversee security for global data centers and physical infrastructure, covering site selection, design, and commissioning.
• Establish security standards for neocloud infrastructure and conduct technical assessments of third-party deployments.
• Lead security due diligence for acquisitions, investments, and strategic partnerships.
• Operate vendor security assessment and third-party risk management programs.
• Represent the company's security posture to customers, regulators, and government stakeholders.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in cybersecurity, infrastructure security, or enterprise technology.
• Proven track record of building security programs from 0→1 in startups or hypergrowth AI/cloud organizations.
• Experience securing AI infrastructure and running security operations for GPU compute environments.
• Technical depth in Kubernetes, container security, Zero Trust architectures, and IAM.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks including SOC 2, ISO 27001, FedRAMP, and NIST CSF.
