What you will do

• Lead and execute complex, project-driven security initiatives across infrastructure and corporate environments.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to design and deploy resilient security architecture.
• Build automated workflows and security guardrails to enable development teams to ship code safely.
• Identify security gaps and systematically execute remediation plans to maturity.
• Act as a trusted security advisor across R&D and product teams.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers to elevate technical capabilities within the security team.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in security engineering, infrastructure, data, or cloud security.
• Proven track record of leading complex security projects from conception to completion.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future visa sponsorship.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Knowledge of Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and Data Security Posture Management (DSPM) tools.
• Experience securing AI systems or leveraging AI for security operations.
• Familiarity with Zero Trust access and non-human identity platforms.
