What you will do

• Develop deep working knowledge of products to serve as the primary marketing expert on feature functionality.
• Translate complex technical capabilities into simple, specific, and accurate explanations for all user levels.
• Own end-to-end product webinars, from content creation and live demos to delivery and follow-up.
• Build a comprehensive education engine including how-to guides, demo flows, and use-case libraries.
• Monitor user friction and misunderstandings to keep educational content grounded in real-world usage.
• Measure and iterate on the impact of education content regarding activation, adoption, and retention.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in product marketing, customer education, or business development.
• Proven ability to synthesize complex technical concepts into simple, provable explanations.
• Genuine obsession with product exploration and a drive to understand every feature.
• Strong teaching and storytelling skills with the ability to demonstrate features live.
• Ability to learn unfamiliar domains quickly and thrive in high-velocity, ambiguous environments.
