What you will do

• Manage a dedicated client list and provide support via phone queue.
• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve client inquiries regarding payroll and system usage.
• Educate customers on effective payroll processing within the iSolved platform.
• Document all customer interactions accurately within the CRM system.
• Facilitate cross-departmental communication to ensure client success.
• Identify and implement process improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa or residency sponsorship.
• Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Excellent time management and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Ability to learn new technology quickly.
• Attention to detail and results-oriented mindset.
