What you will do

• Oversee 24/7 technical operations for a Global Cyber Operations Center supporting Army CONUS and OCONUS theaters.
• Monitor cyber assets and network anomalies using multiple tool sets to ensure network availability.
• Manage and approve Authorized Service Interruptions (ASI) and coordinate rapid incident response.
• Prepare and review Commander’s Critical Information Reports (CCIR) for technical accuracy prior to distribution.
• Act as the senior contract team member during non-core hours, making critical operational decisions.
• Ensure adherence to organizational processes and service level targets (SLT).

Requirements

• Active Secret Clearance (Must have to start)
• Certifications: CompTIA A+ and Network+
• 1-2 years of relevant experience (Associate's degree + 1 year or High School diploma + 2 years)
• Ability to work a flexible rotating shift schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Basic overall IT knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for professional interaction with Army organizations

Nice to have

• CompTIA Security+ certification
• ITIL Foundations v4 certification
• Prior military IT operations experience at the Brigade level or higher
