What you will do

• Conduct market and competitor analysis, including price benchmarking and product tracking.
• Prepare and follow up on annual operating plans for assigned product categories.
• Analyze sales, margins, and product performance to optimize portfolios and simplify ranges.
• Support the New Product Introduction (NPI) process through data preparation and internal coordination.
• Coordinate product launches, positioning, and go-to-market preparation.
• Collaborate with Marcom and Quality teams on catalogues, sales tools, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in marketing or product management.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong analytical thinking and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Location: Must be based in Cairo

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems.
