What you will do
- Lead post-sales technical engagements including solution architecture and planning.
- Provide comprehensive project guidance including schedules, resource plans, and status updates.
- Analyze installed environments to guide optimal software configurations.
- Deliver knowledge transfer sessions and create custom technical documentation.
- Facilitate communication between clients and support teams to resolve issues.
- Identify opportunities within client environments for hirify.global solution expansion.
Requirements
- Must be permanently located in Egypt
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the IT industry.
- Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies like VMware and Hyper-V.
- Experience with traditional and disruptive storage systems and networking protocols.
- Professional certifications such as VCP, MCSE, Prince2, ITIL, or PMP.
- Strong background in data protection, business continuity, and cloud technologies.
