What you will do

• Take ownership of a meaningful product domain, defining direction, priorities, and success metrics.
• Translate company strategy into focused product bets and clear team goals.
• Identify opportunities where AI can meaningfully improve user workflows and product experiences.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design to shape AI-powered features that are useful and trustworthy.
• Turn ambiguous problems into clear opportunities using qualitative and quantitative insights.
• Communicate product direction clearly to stakeholders across Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Strong track record of shipping products that created measurable customer or business impact.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools and ability to evaluate AI product ideas critically.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams with Engineering, Design, and commercial stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of product discovery, prioritization, and outcome-based management.
• Ability to work with technical teams on AI-powered features and think critically about usability and trust.
