What you will do

• Define and drive enterprise AI architecture and model strategy aligned with business goals.
• Oversee the end-to-end model lifecycle from design and development to deployment.
• Ensure the orchestration of multi-agent AI systems across various banking use cases.
• Establish AI governance frameworks, standards, and Responsible AI practices.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to prioritize and execute AI initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Data Science/AI with leadership responsibilities.
• Proven experience in fintech or banking domains, specifically in credit scoring, fraud detection, or personalization.
• Strong background in ML/AI architecture and production-grade model delivery.
• Hands-on experience with model lifecycle management and MLOps practices.
• English proficiency: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.

Nice to have

• Exposure to GenAI, LLMs, and agent-based architectures.
• Cloud experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure) with AI/ML services.
• Experience leading distributed or cross-functional teams.
