Salary: $149,750–$275,580 USD

What you will do
- Design, implement, and optimize neuromorphic AI compilers and runtime environments.
- Develop tools for performance analysis, verification, debugging, and optimization across the software stack.
- Integrate the software stack with external ecosystems, including robotics and edge AI frameworks.
- Collaborate with internal compiler, hardware, and systems teams to improve software quality and usability.
- Ensure production-grade software maintainability through rigorous engineering practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field required.
- 3+ years of experience developing AI compiler, runtime, or systems software (e.g., ONNX, TVM, MLIR, XLA).
- 3+ years of experience in production-grade software development using Python and C/C++.
- 3+ years of experience with AI/deep learning frameworks like PyTorch, JAX, or TensorFlow.
- 3+ years of experience architecting production-grade software systems with standard engineering practices.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
Nice to have
- Post-graduate degree in a STEM field.
- Expertise in robotics or real-time systems (e.g., ROS2).
- Experience with low-level systems and accelerator programming (CUDA, LLVM, OneAPI, SYCL).
- Experience in HW/SW co-design and hardware simulator development.
- Contributions to open-source projects.
