Location: Hybrid (Porto, Portugal). Must be based in Portugal with Portuguese/EU citizenship or a valid work permit.

What you will do
- Deliver Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for network and security infrastructure to ensure reliability.
- Track performance and detect anomalies using monitoring platforms such as Grafana, LogicMonitor, or LibreNMS.
- Maintain high visibility of infrastructure to ensure the continuity of business-critical operations.
- Collaborate with distributed teams across multiple locations during high-pressure operational scenarios.
- Operate within a 24/7 shift system.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a SNOC Analyst.
- Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, NTP/PTP, OSPF, BGP, and MPLS.
- Experience with Cisco routers and Fortinet security appliances.
- English: B2 level required.
- Portuguese: B2 level required.
- Location: Must be based in Portugal with EU citizenship or a valid work permit.
- Availability for a hybrid model (3 days/week in Porto) and 24/7 shift work.
