What you will do

• Plan the annual event calendar in line with strategic and business objectives.
• Manage full-cycle event execution, coordinating vendors, internal teams, and clients.
• Organize various formats, including exhibitions, sponsorship projects, private client events, and poker tournaments.
• Ensure successful delivery of events, meeting all timelines and business goals.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an Event Manager.
• English and Russian proficiency at B2+ level.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional projects.
• Portfolio of completed event projects.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and multitasking environment.
• Timezone alignment with GMT+2/3.
