Senior Full Stack Developer

TL;DR

What you will do

• Understand complex customer problems and requirements, then build solutions that add value to both customers and the product.
• Design and plan complex scopes of work with Product, Design, Customer Success, and engineers, translating real customer challenges into scalable software.
• Develop, test, and ship critical user-facing features on a regular basis.
• Develop, test, and maintain robust, scalable APIs and integration capabilities.
• Participate in code reviews and help deliver high-quality software.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical direction, best practices, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional, hands-on development experience.
• Experience building SaaS and large-scale distributed systems with a track record of highly scalable products.
• Proficiency with Java and/or C#.
• Experience with version control, release management, and CI/CD workflows.
• Experience with frontend build and testing tools (e.g., Webpack, NPM, Jest, Cypress).
• Hands-on experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., DynamoDB), plus querying frameworks/APIs.

Nice to have

• Exposure to JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with end-to-end (E2E) testing using Cypress or Playwright.
