What you will do

• Partner with the PMO team to understand project management workflows and recurring needs, improving efficiency with Copilot.
• Write, test, and refine AI prompts for PMO use cases (project updates, status summaries, risk tracking, action items, meeting prep, and documentation).
• Create and organize Copilot-based agents that support PMO processes across data ecosystems.
• Evaluate AI-generated outputs for quality, clarity, usefulness, and consistency, and recommend improvements based on testing results.
• Document prompt patterns, agent logic, use cases, lessons learned, and best practices for reuse and scaling.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business questions into structured AI interactions and support governance/quality standards for prompt and agent usage.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business, Project Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong written communication skills for clear, concise, well-structured content.
• Interest in generative AI, prompt engineering, and practical business applications of AI tools.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and basic understanding of Copilot or similar AI tools.
• Strong attention to detail to assess outputs for accuracy, quality, and usefulness.
• Ability to work part-time as an internship over a 6-week period while managing multiple tasks and iterating based on feedback.

Nice to have

• Prior experience using AI tools to draft content, summarize information, automate repetitive work, or support analysis.
• Experience writing prompts, workflows, or documentation for internal tools or process improvement.
• Familiarity with structured data, reporting environments, or working across multiple information sources and data ecosystems.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, knowledge management tools, or related productivity technologies.
