What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment across various roles at hirify.global.
• Partner with hiring managers to define needs and design structured interview processes.
• Develop and optimize job ads, interview guides, and scorecards to improve hiring quality.
• Maintain and continuously improve the Greenhouse ATS workflows.
• Track and analyze hiring metrics to drive process efficiency.
• Support various talent-related projects.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in tech or scaleup environments.
• Must be based in Vienna, Austria (Hybrid).
• English: Fluent (C1) required.
• Proficiency with ATS tools, specifically Greenhouse.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Proactive approach to process and system improvement.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in German.
