What you will do

  • Establish the Business Development function, including scalable outbound processes, playbooks, and best practices.
  • Execute outbound strategies to create a predictable pipeline via prospecting and lead generation.
  • Design and optimize multi-channel outreach campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and phone.
  • Implement and improve the BD tech stack using CRM and AI-powered tools.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences and networking events to build strategic relationships.
  • Recruit, mentor, and lead the BD team as the function scales.

Requirements

  • 4–6+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales, focused on outbound acquisition.
  • Proven track record of building or scaling BD functions or commercial operations from the ground up.
  • Solid background in fintech, payments, banking, cryptocurrency, or SaaS.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and modern sales engagement technologies.
  • English: B2 level required.
  • Location: Associated with Dubai.

  • Established network within the fintech or payments ecosystem.
  • Proficiency in additional languages.
