TL;DR

What you will do
- Develop backend services, automation tools, and data pipelines using Python, Java, and AWS to deliver scalable solutions.
- Build and maintain cloud-native data ingestion, transformation, and processing solutions in AWS environments.
- Design AI-assisted solutions to automate development, testing, and operational workflows to reduce repetitive work.
- Support the migration of legacy and on-premise systems to modern cloud-native architectures.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and architects through pair programming and daily technical alignment.
- Mentor engineers and drive the adoption of AI-assisted engineering approaches and reusable automation patterns.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Software, Backend, or Data Engineering roles.
- Strong proficiency in Python and practical experience with Java.
- Hands-on experience building cloud-native applications and data solutions on AWS.
- Experience with Kubernetes, containerization, Apache Kafka, and PostgreSQL.
- Proficiency with Git, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD pipelines.
- English: Upper-intermediate (B2) or higher required.

- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and applying AI in engineering workflows.
