What you will do

• Lead the design, configuration, and development of enterprise Appian applications, ensuring they are secure and maintainable.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of architects, product managers, and analysts to shape technical solutions.
• Design and implement integrations using Connected Systems, Web APIs, and external services via REST and SOAP patterns.
• Manage the full application lifecycle, including technical design, sprint planning, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Mentor junior developers and lead technical discussions with clients regarding solution design and delivery best practices.
• Contribute to Agile Scrum ceremonies, supporting backlog refinement, estimation, and sprint demonstrations.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale Appian solutions within complex client environments.
• Expertise in Appian Records, SAIL Interfaces, Process Models, Sites, Reports, and CDTs.
• Strong proficiency in relational databases, SQL, and enterprise data modeling.
• Experience implementing Appian's security model and managing release pipelines.
• Ability to identify performance bottlenecks using Appian Health Check reports and process monitoring.
• Experience working within Agile Scrum delivery teams and communicating directly with business stakeholders.
