What you will do

• Actively engage with customers, prospects, and industry influencers across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Build and moderate driver-focused social media communities to grow the brand among fleet operators and yard workers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with a customer base of 5,000–10,000 users.
• Amplify marketing campaigns and company announcements through strategic interactions.
• Execute 75-100 daily engagements (likes, comments, shares) to maintain high brand visibility.
• Track engagement metrics to optimize customer interaction and visibility.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in social media management, community management, or digital marketing.
• Must be based in Belgrade, Serbia.
• Exceptional written communication skills in English.
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Familiarity with trucking, freight, or logistics sectors is strongly preferred.
