UA Manager (Gamedev)

What you will do

• Launch and optimize UA campaigns on incentivised and offerwall channels.
• Maintain advertising operations and monitor overall campaign performance.
• Analyze acquisition data to identify and scale growth opportunities.
• Automate operational and reporting processes using AI and scripting.
• Collaborate with analytics, creative, and product teams to improve performance.
• Work with advertising partners and account managers to develop and scale campaigns.

Requirements

• Experience in User Acquisition or Performance Marketing for mobile games or applications.
• Hands-on experience with MMP platforms such as AppsFlyer or Adjust.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with numbers and statistics.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and Python (or willingness to learn scripting for automation).
• Active use of AI tools in daily work to create automation solutions.
• English: B2 or higher required.

Nice to have

• Experience with incentivised traffic and offerwall platforms (e.g., Tapjoy, Adjoe, Mistplay, Exmox).
• Experience building dashboards, automating reports, or developing internal tools.
