What you will do

• Develop solutions using modern SharePoint, Power Platform, and MS 365, including Hub sites, pages, lists, and libraries.
• Automate and streamline workflows and approval processes using PowerApps and Power Automate.
• Design and maintain branded SharePoint themes, templates, and page layouts based on UI/UX practices.
• Build front-end interfaces that function across various platforms while meeting Section-508 accessibility and Federal security requirements.
• Implement and manage site permissions, navigation structures, term-store management, and document management systems.
• Analyze business processes to improve overall system performance and adaptability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in SharePoint development and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC, Agile, SCRUM, Lean).
• Proficiency in MS Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, PowerBI).
• Experience in UI/UX design for SharePoint Online.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with diverse stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Prior experience working with the VA (Veterans Affairs).
• Experience in software development testing (Unit, System, Functional, UAT).
• Knowledge of SQL queries, stored procedures, and ETL techniques.
• Development skills in JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, JSON, REST API, SOAP, ASPX, CAML, XML, XSLT, CSS, HTML, and Bootstrap.
