Location: Remote, but must be based in Belgrade (Serbia), Bangkok (Thailand), Tbilisi (Georgia), or Yerevan (Armenia)

What you will do

• Design performance creatives and banners for Meta, TikTok, and Google.
• Create landing pages and email templates for handoff to development teams.
• Produce social media visuals and brand assets aligned with guidelines.
• Use AI image-generation tools daily to produce variations, adaptations, and backgrounds.
• Collaborate with producers and lead designers to align on creative direction and scope.
• Iterate quickly based on feedback and performance metrics (CTR, CPA).

Requirements

• Strong fundamentals in composition, typography, color, and hierarchy.
• Proficiency in Figma (auto-layout, components) and Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator.
• Practical experience with AI tools like Midjourney, Flux, ComfyUI, or Stable Diffusion.
• Skill in prompt engineering and character/style consistency (LoRA, ControlNet).
• Proficiency in Russian and English (B2+).
• Must be located in Belgrade, Bangkok, Tbilisi, or Yerevan.

Nice to have

• Experience with workflow automation tools like Make or n8n.
• Basic knowledge of After Effects.
