What you will do

• Support the Director Finance & People with decision briefs and cross-functional initiatives.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close and coordinate with external auditors.
• Perform operational controlling, including budget planning, financial forecasting, and liquidity tracking.
• Identify and implement opportunities to automate manual finance workflows using AI tools and low-code platforms.
• Coordinate with tax advisors, legal providers, and internal teams such as Growth and Engineering.

Requirements

• Currently studying, on a gap year, or recently graduated in business, finance, economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset and solid Excel skills.
• Strong proficiency in both German and English (written and spoken).
• Foundational understanding of accounting principles; knowledge of German accounting practices or IFRS is a plus.
• Strong interest in AI tools and their application in business automation.
• Must be able to work on-site in Berlin.
