What you will do

• Shape the international Controlling setup for a growing group structure with multiple subsidiaries.
• Develop structured budgeting and forecasting processes and ensure reliable actual vs. plan reviews.
• Drive effective investor reporting and provide management with solid decision-making input.
• Collaborate with the Data Analytics team to further develop automated reporting and analysis processes.
• Lead and develop the controlling team, providing strategic direction and mentorship.
• Evolve the Controlling function from technical, process, and strategic perspectives.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in Controlling, ideally within a fast-growing international business group.
• Proven first leadership experience and a genuine interest in developing people.
• Strong skills in budgeting, forecasting, and connecting financial KPIs with operational insights.
• Confident communication skills in both German and English (spoken and written).
• Strong Excel skills and a quick grasp of new systems; experience with LucaNet is a plus.
• Must be based in Germany (Remote-DE / Karlsruhe).
