What you will do

• Own Enterprise and Strategic Premium issues from detection to resolution, ensuring enterprise-grade consistency.
• Develop deep expertise in platform tools including Assistant, Tabular Review, Workflows, and the Word Add-in.
• Provide concise, confident technical guidance to demanding professional legal users.
• Manage global handoffs to ensure seamless continuity across different time zones and regions.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Legal Engineering teams to fix recurring pain points at the source.
• Create reusable artifacts, playbooks, and troubleshooting guides to raise the team's baseline.

Requirements

• Proven experience owning complex, high-stakes B2B relationships for demanding professional clients.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple, clear guidance under pressure.
• Proficiency with support tools such as Intercom, Zendesk, or similar platforms.
• Strong technical curiosity and ability to learn new software quickly.
• Location: Must be based in Stockholm for on-site work
