What you will do

  • Define and execute the cluster maintenance roadmap, driving TPM, digitalization, and spare parts strategies.
  • Lead TPM implementation across all plants through a hands-on approach with factory teams.
  • Improve OEE, equipment reliability, safety performance, and overall operational efficiency while reducing downtime.
  • Optimize spare parts inventory to improve cash flow and asset availability.
  • Standardize maintenance strategies and optimize SAP PM and MMS systems and workflows.
  • Lead digital transformation initiatives, including predictive maintenance and automated reporting.

Requirements

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, or equivalent).
  • Several years of experience in industrial maintenance with a focus on mechanical, electrical, and automation.
  • Proven track record in TPM, Digitalization, Lean Manufacturing, and program management.
  • Extensive experience with SAP PM and MMS systems.
  • Expertise in change management and behavioral/cultural transformation.
  • Must be based in or able to work onsite in Kapelle-op-den-Bos, Belgium.
