What you will do

• Manage integration projects with PSPs and payment platforms, including field validation, limits, and cashier infoblocks.
• Oversee day-to-day payment operations, monitoring transactions, balances, and P2P reconciliation.
• Optimize cashier UX, including payment buttons, instructions, and pre-defined amounts.
• Analyze payment performance and routing metrics to increase transaction success rates.
• Collaborate with internal product, business, and support teams, as well as external providers.
• Take full ownership of operational improvements and the overall quality of the payment experience.

Requirements

• 2-3+ years of experience in Payment Operations or Billing within online payments.
• Strong understanding of PSPs, technical integrations, and transaction lifecycles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Tableau for creating dashboards and monitoring reports.
• Experience communicating with international partners and service providers.
• English: Upper-Intermediate level required.
