What you will do

• Manage end-to-end onboarding with providers, including documentation and application forms
• Negotiate fees and favorable commercial terms with providers
• Draft clear technical specifications for new provider and payment method integrations
• Drive integration tasks through all stages from setup to production in coordination with dev and QA teams
• Maintain partner relationships and represent the company at industry events
• Conduct market research on popular payment methods

Requirements

• 3+ years as an Account/Project/BizDev/Operation Manager within a Payment team
• Experience in communication with foreign customers and C-level partners
• Understanding of KYC, AML, and compliance procedures
• Technical knowledge of payment integrations (API, webhooks, redirects)
• English: Upper-Intermediate level required
• Ability to formulate technical tasks for development teams

• Understanding of the testing process for payment methods before production release
