What you will do

• Improve and develop web-based clients, native apps, and RESTful web services
• Deliver features in a cross-functional scrum team with high-quality, tested code
• Participate in code reviews, give and receive feedback, and continuously share knowledge
• Own work end-to-end, from feature delivery to code quality and engineering environment
• Iterate frequently by pushing code, ensuring a strong CI/CD pipeline, and automating where possible

Requirements

• 5+ years of backend engineering experience with Go; preferably also Java/Kotlin
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working in an agile environment
• Good English communication skills
• Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to quality, clean code, and continuous learning
