Graphic Designer

TL;DR

Graphic Designer (Graphic Design): Creating high-quality client-facing documents, presentations and visual content with an accent on transforming technical information and data into engaging materials. Location: Hybrid (Glasgow) – 2 days per week in the office

Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 + Profit Share

What you will do

• Design engaging client-facing reports, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Create clear layouts, graphics, and visual assets using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Develop charts, infographics, and data visualisations based on Excel data.
• Apply brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all client deliverables.
• Collaborate closely with consulting, analytics, and marketing teams.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and incorporate stakeholder feedback.

Requirements

• Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Strong Microsoft Word and PowerPoint skills for producing polished, client-ready documents.
• Proven experience creating data visualisations, charts, and infographics.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, and design principles.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Glasgow.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Experience within financial or professional services.
• Familiarity with Flourish, macros, or data merge.
