What you will do

• Lead and mentor a development team of 2-8 engineers.
• Perform C++ coding on Linux within a multi-threaded, clustered, and performance-oriented server-side environment.
• Manage technical aspects of the core system components and improve filesystem IO flow performance.
• Create high-level and detailed designs for new features.
• Oversee maintenance and refactoring of legacy code.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of proven experience in C++ over Linux.
• Proven experience as a development team leader or manager.
• B.Sc. in Computer Science or Computer Engineering from a recognized university.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

Nice to have

• Experience in clustered and performance-oriented development.
• Knowledge of storage devices and FS protocols (NFS, NAS, SMB, CIFS).
• Experience managing teams using SCRUM and Agile methodologies.
