What you will do

• Execute a high output of video ads, focusing on speed, quality, and attention-steering mechanics.
• Translate conceptual briefs from Creative Strategists into polished, high-impact visual assets.
• Partner with strategists to refine hooks and visual metaphors to increase user engagement.
• Rapidly produce variations of winning creatives based on performance data to maximize ROI.

Requirements

• Expertise in After Effects, with deep understanding of motion curves, pacing, and visual hierarchy.
• Proficiency in Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma for asset preparation and design hand-offs.
• AI Native: Comfortable using image, video, and audio generative AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, ElevenLabs).
• At least 2+ years of professional experience in motion design or video editing.
• Portfolio demonstrating high-quality motion work, specifically for video ads.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Warsaw, Poland.
