What you will do

• Produce high-quality 2D and 3D video creatives to capture player attention.
• Deliver strong visual storytelling using composition, color, and animation principles.
• Work with a production stack including After Effects, Blender, and Unity.
• Integrate AI tools into the workflow to increase production speed.
• Collaborate with creative producers and developers to push creative boundaries.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Motion Designer in mobile games.
• Proficiency in Unity, After Effects, and Blender.
• Strong understanding of animation fundamentals, including the Disney 12 principles.
• Ability to work autonomously and deliver high-quality assets with limited feedback.
• Must be based in European time zones (UTC to UTC+3).

Nice to have

• Experience using AI tools for image and video optimization.
• Creative ideation skills and ability to challenge briefs constructively.
• Hand drawing skills for storyboarding, sketching, and illustration.
