What you will do
- Design and own the native test strategy for iOS (Swift/SwiftUI) and Android (Kotlin) applications.
- Manage device and OS-version fragmentation and control flakiness using BrowserStack and GitLab CI.
- Mentor Senior Software Engineers in Test and shift quality ownership left into the development workflow.
- Define and implement the AI adoption approach for quality engineering and design AI-assisted workflows.
- Establish quality metrics and gates to communicate technical risks to business stakeholders.
Requirements
- Strong experience in native mobile automation with working-level Swift and/or Kotlin.
- Proven track record of designing test strategies and implementing the test pyramid.
- Experience leading technical and process changes across multiple teams.
- Hands-on experience using AI and assessing its risks in testing workflows.
- Fluent English and Polish language proficiency.
- Must be based in Poland.
Nice to have
- Experience with BrowserStack and GitLab CI/CD.
- Experience with snapshot testing (e.g., Paparazzi, swift-snapshot-testing).
- Familiarity with Appium.
- Experience in the logistics or e-commerce industry.
- ISTQB Advanced Level - Test Automation Engineer certification.
