What you will do

• Design and execute test scenarios across diverse product types, order types, and regional configurations.
• Validate API-level behavior, including webhook payloads and outbound API calls to partner services.
• Use observability tools like Datadog to trace background jobs and investigate silent process failures.
• Perform end-to-end tracing from initial submission through CRM handoff to final provisioning.
• Test UI and document fulfillment, ensuring consistency between screen inputs and generated PDF documents.
• Build and maintain regression coverage for known gaps and feature-flagged configurations.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of manual testing experience on complex, business-critical, multi-system applications.
• Strong API testing experience using Postman or equivalent tools.
• Strong log-reading and observability experience (e.g., Datadog or similar APM).
• Proficiency in UI testing with a focus on document fulfillment and e-signature surfaces.
• Understanding of asynchronous, event-driven architectures, including webhooks and pub/sub notifications.
• Experience with Agile methodology and a strong understanding of the SDLC.

Nice to have

• Working SQL literacy for direct database lookups and investigation.
