What you will do

  • Own end-to-end funnel performance from initial visit and onboarding to checkout, app install, and email lifecycle.
  • Drive and report on core KPIs, specifically CR2Pay and predicted LTV, using hypothesis-based A/B testing.
  • Manage and optimize web funnel infrastructure across builders like Web2Wave and Funnel Lab.
  • Develop and improve email marketing communications, including consent, win-back, and cancellation flows.
  • Collaborate with creative producers on copy/visuals and UA teams to align funnels with acquisition channels.
  • Maintain internal documentation regarding funnel logic, test history, and optimization checklists.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Growth, or CRO for subscription products or web funnels.
  • Proven track record of increasing core metrics (CR2Pay, LTV, ARPU) through documented hypotheses.
  • Hands-on experience with no-code funnel builders (e.g., Web2Wave, ClickFunnels, Unbounce).
  • Strong proficiency in A/B testing methodology, statistical significance, and segmentation.
  • Experience with analytics tools such as Amplitude, GA4, and AppsFlyer.
  • Ability to use AI coding assistants (Claude, ChatGPT) to modify funnel code, scripts, or automations.
