What you will do

• Design end-to-end AI systems combining LLMs, deterministic workflows, and orchestration layers for customer experience use cases.
• Optimize RAG and knowledge architectures to ground AI responses in enterprise data.
• Establish AI evaluation frameworks and quality measurement strategies to track accuracy, containment, and business impact.
• Engineer contextual AI experiences leveraging real-time data and conversation state.
• Design for scalability, latency, and cost efficiency in enterprise environments, optimizing model selection and caching strategies.
• Support pre-sales activities, deploy AI prototypes, and influence CIO/CTO-level stakeholders.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience designing modern AI solutions using ML, NLU/NLP, LLMs, and agentic approaches.
• Expertise in enterprise integration, RESTful APIs, event-driven architectures, and cloud ecosystems.
• Ability to define AI evaluation strategies, success metrics, and observability approaches.
• Strong executive communication skills to translate complex architectures into business value.
• Fluency in English and Arabic languages is required.
• Must be based in or be able to work from Dubai.

Nice to have

• French language fluency.
• Strong understanding of the hirify.global Cloud platform and hirify.global AI.
• Foundational understanding of programming concepts, preferably in Python.
