What you will do

• Develop and optimize machine control and inspection software for mask inspection systems.
• Implement robust software architectures using C++, OOD, and OOP design patterns.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including electrical, mechanical, and optical engineers.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex system-level problems in a multi-threaded environment.
• Define system interfaces and software specifications to improve inspection yields.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or Engineering: BS + 5 years, MS + 3 years, or PhD experience.
• Expert proficiency in C++, OOD, and OOP.
• Proven experience with multitasking and multi-threading programming.
• Strong software diagnostic and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Must be based in or able to work in Hsinchu, Taiwan.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Linux administration.
• Proficiency with UML.
• Experience in semiconductor fab operations or manufacturing technology.
