What you will do

• Build and scale a marketing analytics system to enable data-driven decision-making.
• Develop frameworks to evaluate the performance of marketing channels, campaigns, and investments.
• Analyze key performance metrics including unit economics, LTV, CAC, and ROAS.
• Improve attribution models to clarify marketing impact and growth potential.
• Create analytical dashboards and reporting systems for Marketing, Growth, and Product teams.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to foster a data-driven culture.

Requirements

• Experience as a Marketing, Growth, or Product Analytics Lead.
• Proven track record building analytics systems for performance-driven teams.
• Deep understanding of unit economics, CAC, LTV, ROAS, and attribution models.
• Experience working with large datasets and building analytical models.
• English: Upper-Intermediate+ required.
• Experience in scaling products or mature marketing functions.

Nice to have

• Experience in SaaS, mobile, or AI-powered products.
• Familiarity with BI tools and modern data stacks.
• Experience building analytics processes from scratch.
• Background in growth experimentation.
