What you will do

• Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• Proactively follow up with customers to ensure open items are resolved and software is utilized effectively.
• Communicate new feature updates and product enhancements to the client base.
• Test and troubleshoot new software features to ensure release readiness.
• Learn and adhere to all established technical support procedures.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a technical support environment.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
• Demonstrated knowledge of system application fundamentals and business processes.
• Must be located in or near Eau Claire, US.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL, ERP applications, or analytical tools.
• Experience with financial, manufacturing, retail, or distribution business processes.
• Background in SaaS or e-Commerce environments.
• Experience managing high call volumes.
