TL;DR

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Greensboro, NC; Newport, KY; or St. Louis, MO

What you will do

  • Manage customer retention, growth, and contract lifecycle for accounts of varying complexity.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between assigned customers and internal departments.
  • Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews and ideation sessions.
  • Maintain financial ownership, including freight cost forecasting and budgeting for customer revenue.
  • Interpret supply chain data to drive actionable insights and continuous improvement.
  • Travel to customer locations as needed, up to 30% of the time.

Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the US; no immigration sponsorship or transfer available.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role within transportation or logistics.
  • Proven experience with financial responsibilities such as cost savings, net revenue, or P&L management.
  • Proficiency in creating reports using Excel or Google Docs.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or related fields.
  • 5 years of experience in logistics and transportation.
  • Experience presenting to senior leadership.
  • Prior account management experience.
  • Proficiency with Tableau or Power BI.
