What you will do

• Develop and execute robust negotiation strategies based on market dynamics and category trends.
• Manage end-to-end sourcing initiatives while building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
• Analyze budgets and spending patterns to identify efficiency gains and financial opportunities.
• Drive the practical adoption of AI tools to improve procurement productivity and deliverable quality.
• Build dashboards and visual management tools to track financial impact, risks, and supplier performance.
• Identify and implement continuous improvements in approval workflows and contract management processes.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, or Contract Management.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience partnering with Legal and Finance departments.
• Proven ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
• AI fluency applied to procurement routines and digital solutions.
• Experience in structuring dashboards and visual management tools.
• Advanced English proficiency is required.
